Project Developer in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $52,000 - $100,000

Kaz Home Improvements, an established remodeling company located in West Seneca and serving all of Erie County, is looking to add to its sales team.

Your role would be in our Kitchen and Bath department. A Project Developer (Sales) would be responsible for estimating, designing, selling and managing interior remodeling projects.
We prefer someone with designer experience and/or construction knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3 years in the home improvement, kitchen, and bathroom design or installation
• Kitchen and bath product knowledge
• Computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
• Prefer 2 years of college
• 20/20 design experience
• Knowledge of construction math
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Have your own vehicle

COMPENSATION:
The starting salary is $52K for training. After you are confident that you are ready, you would fall into our pay plan in which our project developers are expected to make over $100K plus.
