Logistics Coordinator

Linwood Trading Inc., an established Buffalo-based agricultural commodity trading company, is seeking an organized, motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys coordinating shipments, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous agricultural industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule truck and rail shipments nationwide.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and suppliers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Negotiate freight rates and identify transportation options.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Resolve transportation issues and support daily operations.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Agricultural or bulk freight experience is a plus, but not required.
