Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate our passenger transport vehicles throughout the Buffalo-Niagara region.
• Assist passengers using wheelchairs or mobility aids with boarding and exiting the vehicle securely using standard tie-down systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment inside the vehicle.
• Communicate politely and compassionately with passengers, medical facility staff, and dispatchers.
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Must possess a valid NYS Commercial Driver’s License
• Must have an active Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Clean driving record (No major violations or recent at-fault accidents)
• Must pass a standard DOT physical and mandatory pre-employment drug screening
• Strong customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to assist passengers with physical mobility limitations when necessary
• Able to load a wheelchair passenger into our vans and handle our equipment
• Cell phone must have internet
• Good with older adults
