Borderworx Logistics is seeking an experienced Evening Operations Lead to coordinate our warehouse, dock, dispatch, and transportation activities.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and keeps operations running efficiently.

Full Time - Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate evening warehouse and dock operations.
• Provide direction and support to warehouse employees.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and shipment accuracy.
• Coordinate dispatch and communicate with drivers.
• Verify cross-border documentation and shipment clearances.
• Monitor schedules, resolve issues, and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed.

Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
