Salary from $18.00 to $23.00 HOUR (USD)

LS&S is a national distribution company selling products for the visually impaired and hard of hearing.
Based in the Black Rock area of Buffalo NY, LS&S sells to state agencies, the federal government, schools and directly to individuals, most of whom are seniors. Our customer service team is responsible for answering inbound calls, processing orders and supporting our sales team. The individual must be able to balance the needs of order entry and phone calls, seamlessly and efficiently moving back and forth between the two. Reps will receive informal training on products and then are required to use that product knowledge to professionally help guide customers in their product choices and usage.

LS&S places a high priority on customer experience and satisfaction. This individual must have excellent phone skills along with a clear speaking voice, data entry experience and the ability to listen with empathy. Patience with seniors is a necessity. Spanish bi-lingual speaker would be preferred, but not necessary.
