The West Seneca Central School District is seeking reliable and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as School Bus Drivers.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B with “S” (School Bus) and “P” (Passenger) endorsements issued by the State of New York at the time of appointment
• Must be qualified under Article 19-A of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law
• Must meet NYS Education Department requirements
• Training is available for qualified candidates

Job Requirements:
• Good knowledge of motor vehicle operation, specifically as it applies to school bus driving
• Working knowledge of NYS Motor Vehicle Regulations related to transporting school children
• Ability to safely and skillfully operate a school bus
• Ability to maintain order and ensure the safety of student passengers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the role
