About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team! In this role, you’re more than just a driver, you’re the face of our company on the road and at job sites, keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers taken care of. If you take pride in driving safely, enjoy hands-on work, and know your way around a truck—including basic mechanical maintenance to keep things running right—we’d love to talk with you.

What You’ll Be Doing
• On the Road: Safely operating roll-off trucks (both automatic and standard shift) to deliver and pick up containers.
• Customer Care: Representing our team with professional, friendly service during site visits.
• Safety First: Securing loads in compliance with DOT regulations and performing pre-/post-trip inspections to catch any equipment issues early.
• Hands-On Upkeep: Performing light, routine maintenance (greasing, fluid checks, filter changes) to minimize downtime and keep your rig in top shape.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate logs, delivery tickets, and route records.

What We’re Looking For
• License & Experience: Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record, plus 2+ years of experience operating roll-off or similar trucks.
• Versatility: Comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy objects and work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a focus on safety, uptime, and quality work.
