Full time available. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Corporate Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional catering experiences. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a background in catering and kitchen management, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Corporate Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the Corporate Chef to create innovative and enticing menu items
• Ensure consistent food quality by conducting regular inspections and tastings
• Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation
• Monitor portion control and minimize food waste
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist managing labor & food costs
• Support the Head Chef in menu planning, costing, and budgeting
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery

Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficient in inventory control, cost management, and menu planning
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment

Pay range from $22-$28 depending on experience. PTO available after 90 days.
