Lakestone Development, Inc. is seeking Snowplow Drivers and Equipment Operators for winter snow removal operations at the Buffalo Airport and other areas. This is a seasonal opportunity, with an on-call expectation.

Help maintain safe airport roadways and parking areas during winter weather by operating snowplow trucks and heavy equipment, clearing snow and ice, spreading salt and deicing materials, performing equipment inspections, and assisting with general snow removal and winter maintenance.

Starting pay: $30/hour

Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and/or heavy equipment to remove snow and ice
• Plow airport roads, parking areas, and locations within WNY
• Operate loaders and other snow removal equipment as assigned
• Spread salt, other deicing materials
• Follow safety procedures and instructions during snow and winter weather operations
• Work effectively as part of a snow removal crew

Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating snowplow trucks, loaders, or heavy equipment preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, and winter weather conditions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during snowstorms
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
• CDL or commercial driving experience is a plus

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license, (CDL is a plus)
• Previous snowplowing or heavy equipment experience required
• Ability to work during winter weather events
• Dependable transportation to/from the job site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
