Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Pet Food Mixing and Packaging Laborer
Hours: 26 hours a week Mon - Thurs 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Loading and mixing powders in a blending machine.
- Packaging pet food products.
- Performing repetitive production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Shipping and receiving warehouse duties.

Requirements:
- English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Spanish communication skills are helpful.
- Basic math skills
- Basic email and computer skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 55 pounds repetitively

Physical Effort & Environment:
- This is a physically demanding position that requires continuous standing for extended periods.
- Regular heavy lifting of 55-pound bags, fiber drums, and shipping boxes.
- Packaging work involves regular, repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders.
- Regular exposure to factors such as ambient room temperature (no air conditioning no heating) dust, moving equipment, machinery, and loud noise.
