Sheridan Surgical, Inc. is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Retail Customer Service Representative who is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new things, and being part of a team. Our customers often come to us because they are dealing with a medical need or life change, so patience, empathy, and the ability to make people feel comfortable are incredibly important to us.
This is not a traditional desk-only customer service position. You will work directly with customers in our store, answer phones, process orders, use our computer systems, help manage products and inventory, and eventually assist with product fittings after completing the appropriate training and certification.

What You'll Do
• Provide friendly, compassionate service to customers in person and over the phone
• Help customers navigate products and find the right solutions for their needs
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information, orders, and documentation in our computer systems
• Learn our medical equipment and supplies so you can confidently assist customers
• Assist with inventory, receiving products, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Work hands-on with products and equipment throughout the store
• Assist with product fittings after completing required training and certification
• Communicate with coworkers and other departments to help resolve customer needs
• Follow company procedures while maintaining customer privacy and confidentiality
• Pitch in where needed — we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team

Previous medical equipment or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
Brightree experience is a plus, but we are willing to train.

Compensation & Benefits
$17–$20/hour based on prior experience
commission opportunities
