Food Production Supervisor
Full-Time. Part-Time. Evening Shifts

Supervisor supports meal production and ensures sanitation standards are maintained throughout Dietary Services. Duties include supervising meal assembly, delivering trays to patients, washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils, operating the commercial dishwasher, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring menus are followed accurately, meals are delivered on time, monitoring equipment and temperatures, managing the patient meal selection system, and providing excellent customer service. The Supervisor supports staff, assists patient care units, and serves as a resource in the Manager's absence.

Schedule

11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Weekend and holiday availability required
Occasional day-shift coverage may be needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous food service experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
ServSafe certification

Compensation & Benefits

$18.15 to $19.95 per hour, based on experience
$0.80 shift differential
$500 sign-on bonus
