Salary Range: $16 an hour

The Guest Services Associate creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for every guest visiting Kissing Bridge All Season Resort. As a primary point of contact, this role provides outstanding customer service while assisting with ticket sales, season passes, reservations, guest inquiries, and other resort services. This position supports year-round operations and serves as an ambassador for the resort by promoting a positive guest experience.

Full Time Seasonal and Part Time Seasonal

Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist guests in person, by phone, and electronically with professionalism and courtesy.
● Provide accurate information regarding resort operations, weather, trail conditions, events, pricing, policies, and amenities.
● Process RFID media, season passes, reservations, rentals, online order pickups, and other sales transactions.
● Issue, activate, troubleshoot, and replace RFID lift tickets and passes.
● Accurately process cash, credit card, gift card, and electronic payments while following cash-handling procedures.
● Assist guests with reservations, waivers, account updates, lost and found, and general administrative tasks.
● Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
● Promote resort programs and amenities, including lessons, memberships, tubing, mountain biking, retail, food and beverage, weddings, festivals, and other seasonal activities.
● Cross-train and assist other guest-facing departments, including Retail and Rentals, as operational needs require.
● Maintain accurate guest records and protect confidential information.
● Keep the Guest Services area clean, organized, and welcoming.
● Follow opening, closing, and daily operational procedures, including cash totals when assigned.
● Support special events, peak business periods, weekends, holidays, and emergency operations.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Customer service, retail, or resort experience preferred.
● Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn resort software.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a guest-first attitude.

Physical Requirements
● Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
● Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced, year-round resort environment supporting winter and summer operations. Guest Services Associates work closely with multiple departments to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
