Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000

Full‐Time (HYBRID MODEL) Open to P/T and Per Diem

Allexian/Bridge Medical, a leading private outpatient center specializing in neuropsychology, psychiatry, and behavioral health, is expanding our clinical team. We deliver comprehensive, trauma‐informed care to children and adults recovering from traumatic events, including PTSD, Adjustment Disorders, and TBI‐related conditions.

We are seeking two dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinicians who are passionate about helping trauma survivors heal and thrive.

Who We’re Looking For
- We are seeking clinicians licensed in New York State as an LCSW, PhD, or PsyD.(LMSW will be considered)
- Clinicians with a strong background in treating trauma—including PTSD and TBI-related symptoms—are highly encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
- LMSW will be considered on a case by case basis

Key Responsibilities
- Provide trauma‐informed psychotherapy to individuals experiencing PTSD, TBI, adjustment-related issues, and other mental health conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Identify clinical milestones and track client progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate updates as needed.
- Facilitate referrals to internal and external providers or programs.
- Patient base of 30-35 per week on a Full Time Basis


Required Qualifications
- Active New York State license: LCSW, PhD, or PsyD.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
- LMSW candidates licensed in NY will be evaluated individually.
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
