Salary Range: $32.00-$35.00/hr based on experience

OLV Charities has a full time position available to provide maintenance supervision work for the beautiful and historic OLV National Shrine and Basilica.

Working supervisory position responsible for leading the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the OLV properties using safe best practices.
This position supervises and trains maintenance staff and coordinates the work of vendors and on-site contractors. Extensive knowledge and skill in performing general building maintenance such as painting, carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, plumbing, remodeling, and assembling/moving furniture required; extensive ability to operate equipment used in the skilled trades, power and hand tools, and snow removal equipment required. Able to perform large-scale building maintenance projects and grounds/landscaping work.
