Salary Range: $35.00 or $37.00 per hour

Skilled Trades Instructor Per Semester Per Schedule


The individual will be responsible for instructing and evaluating students in an adult-level Skilled Trades class. Positions available could include Welding, Building Trades, Machining, Automotive Technology, Electrical, and HVAC. The students will be instructed within the approved curriculum pertaining to the particular program being taught.Five years experience in the trade is required. Regular attendance and dependability are required. Other responsibilities may be assigned. The assignment is subject to change.

Salary: $35.00 or $37.00 per hour depending on certification.

Eligibility requirements:

Five years experience in the trade to be taught.
The individual must have or be eligible for appropriate teaching certification upon hire. It is anticipated that an individual would qualify for certification with successful completion of fingerprinting and three workshops.
