Kissing Bridge All Seasons Resort is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Bartender to join our team at Willie's Smokehouse. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare beverages efficiently, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting the resort.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Job Requirements:
● Bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
● Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● Available for special events, concerts, festivals, weddings, and private functions

Responsibilities:
● Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
● Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
● Verify guest identification and comply with New York State alcohol service laws.
● Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
● Assist with opening and closing duties.
● Support food service and special events as needed.
