• Pay rate is up to $26.00 (depending on experience)
• 8am-5pm no weekend or on-call
• Vehicle required to go between several properties
• Previous facility or property maintenance experience is a MUST (3 years minimum required) specializing in drywalling/plastering,
painting, and carpentry with electrical, HVAC and lite plumbing.
