Salary Range: $25.00-$30.00/hr. - Negotiable based on experience

Southside Precast Products, a nationwide manufacturer of architectural precast and cast stone, is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to take on the hands-on role of Casting Floor Supervisor.

• excellent communication & organizational skills
• the ability to solve problems
• experience working with overhead cranes
• experience in a relevant industry
• the ability to supervise, train & assist a team of production workers to meet production goals
• a strong work ethic that allows you to be responsible, reliable and lead by example?

Direct experience with concrete and/or manufacturing with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Must be willing to work some overtime as required to meet production goals.
Must Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Shift Hrs.: 6:00 am- 2:30 pm
Salary: Starting at $25.00-$30.00/hr. - Negotiable based on experience
