Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LMHC)

What you’ll do:
• Provide individual counseling
• Complete assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and community providers

Qualifications:
• Current New York State LCSW or LMHC license
• Behavioral health counseling experience
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
