Banquet Captain
Our rapidly expanding Catering Company is looking for our next leader.
If you are a strong leader with extensive catering experience, this is the job for you!
You will be the lead front of house representative for on- and off-site functions.
In addition to events, you will be responsible for properly preparing the team for all upcoming events.
Participate in weekly management and BEO meetings and have extensive guest contact.
This is an hourly position with participation in the gratuity pool and also includes commissions on some events.
This job includes managing events at our new location on Grand Island, as well as offsite events throughout Western New York

We require a minimum of 5 years catering experience,
Clean license, and the ability to lead with autonomy.
