We are seeking an experienced Batch Operator to safely batch and blend chemical and coating products according to approved formulas while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role supports the full production process, from raw material staging through finished product packaging.

Responsibilities
Batch and blend products following formulas, batch tickets, and production schedules
Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials
Operate mixers, tanks, pumps, and transfer equipment
Perform in-process quality checks and complete production documentation
Transfer finished product for packaging
Set up, operate, and clean filling and packaging equipment
Complete equipment changeovers and routine operator maintenance
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Assist with material movement and other production duties as needed

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Previous batching, blending, mixing, or compounding experience in a chemical, coatings, food, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environment
Ability to read formulas and work instructions, perform basic math, and maintain accurate production records
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred
Experience with coatings, resins, or other liquid products
Experience operating mixers, pumps, tanks, filling, labeling, or packaging equipment
Forklift experience or certification
Experience performing basic quality checks and using manufacturing or inventory systems

$20/hour
