Salary Range: $20 to $23/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9 am to 6 pm (occasional Saturdays)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate (SWA) to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for an individual who can work independently, take initiative, and provide leadership support while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

The Senior Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in product handling, equipment operation, warehouse organization, and team support. This position includes opening and closing responsibilities and works closely with the Donated Goods Manager to ensure operational goals are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate a forklift to transport and stack bales, pallets, and capsacks.
• Unload trucks and move materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Move 20-foot box trucks to and from loading docks for unloading.
• Assist with developing and executing daily operational plans.
• Lead daily morning team meetings.
• Complete and maintain end-of-day reports and documentation.
• Open, close, and secure the warehouse as required.
• Unload and process donations from multiple trucks daily.
• Create bales and assist with inventory organization and storage.
• Load trailers and containers while ensuring proper documentation is completed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and donors.
• Provide guidance and support to warehouse associates to help achieve team goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Forklift certification required and must be maintained.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers preferred.
• Clean motor vehicle record required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting in a warehouse environment.
