Manufacturing Support Staff in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $16.50-18.00 /hour based on experience.

Manufacturing Support Staff members to join our manufacturing team on first shift.

Excellent attendance is required.
Safety steel toe/composite shoes required.
Dependable transportation required.

Must be available to work Shift – 6 Days a week.
Monday through Thursday 5:30 am to 4:00 pm 40 hours
Friday 5:30 am to 4:00 pm 10 hours
Saturday 5;30 am to 11:30 am 6 hours

Must be dependable. Have reliable transportation - We are Not on a bus route and Uber/Lyft charges extra at this time of day/shift.
Need to be able and willing to work the 6 days a week schedule.

Responsible for performing a variety of basic manufacturing operations to support production needs.

Production, Assembly, Machine Operator and/or manufacturing experience is preferred but not necessarily required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists loading/unloading paint line.
• Assists with packaging of product.
• Assists with assembly of product including fin tube, storage cabinets, cabinet unit heaters, brackets
• Assists with various maintenance related activities including janitorial functions and cleaning of paint line equipment
• Works in a safe manner, utilizing all required personal protective equipment.
• Assists in all other areas of cell. Maintains flexibility to transfer to other cells to assist when needed.
• Works as part of the team and continuously seeks to identify and eliminate non-value added processes and waste.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift approx. 50 lbs. Specific vision requirements of this position include close vision. Must regularly be able to use hands to handle, feel, talk, hear. Must regularly stand throughout workday and be able to stand and walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift.
$16.50-18.00 /hour based on experience.
