Inside / Counter Sales – Electrical Distribution
📍 Buffalo, NY | Full-Time
Family-owned electrical distributor seeking a customer-focused Inside/Counter Sales Representative. Electrical experience is a plus but not required—we provide on-the-job training across departments.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers at the counter, through email and over the phone
• Provide product support, order entry, and basic quotes
• Build relationships with contractors and walk-in customers
• Support daily inside sales and warehouse coordination
• Learn electrical products through hands-on training

Qualifications
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized and dependable
• Electrical or construction experience a plus (not required)

Pay & Benefits
• 💰 $50K–$55K (DOE)
