Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside / Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our construction supply business. This role combines office-based sales support with in-field customer engagement, focusing on building long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both inbound and outbound sales activity.

Inside Sales Duties
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate fulfillment
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales activity
• Support outside sales efforts with lead tracking and customer communication

Outside Sales Duties
• Visit existing customers and job sites to maintain and grow relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Promote company products, services, and solutions to meet project needs
• Provide product recommendations and technical support as needed
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
