What You'll Do
• Operate plant processes with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations
• Build skills through hands-on learning and proficiency/certification opportunities

What We Offer
• $24/hr starting pay → $30/hr upon achieving all five Plant Operator proficiencies/certifications
• 12-hour rotating shift schedule (days and nights)

Requirements:
• NYS driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
