Welder/Fabricator in Jamestown, NY

Salary Range: $18-22/hour

Welder/Fabricator (MIG/TIG)
Master Machine Inc. is looking for reliable welders/fabricators to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a small shop — not a corporate environment. If you can show up, work hard, and produce quality work, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do:
• MIG and/or TIG welding
• Fabricate and fit parts from prints or samples
• Grind, prep, and finish welded parts
• Assist with shop projects and production work
• Maintain quality and keep jobs moving on schedule

What we’re looking for:
• Welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read basic prints and measurements
• Reliable and self-sufficient
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Experience with stainless/aluminum is a plus

Pay & Schedule:
• $18-$22/hour (based on experience)
• Full Time
• Day shift
