Quality Engineer in Lockport, NY

Salary Range: $17-$25/hour to start.

Bison Bag Company, Inc. in Lockport, NY manufacturer of flexible packaging in need of a Quality Engineer

This position involves the process of creating protocols for production teams to follow that result in high-quality products.
The role of the Quality Engineer is to implement effective quality controls, teach production staff how to use them and supervise outcomes.
The Quality Engineer shall design testing systems and quality control workflows to improve the efficiency of the quality assurance process.
The Quality Engineer shall also assist in managing the quality management system and other related aspects.
Finally, the position manages the specification system as it relates to Customer requirements, raw materials, and finished product specifications.

Wages based on position, skill set and experience; $17-$25/hour to start (all 2nd shift employees are eligible for a 7.5% shift differential).
