Salary Range: $33.2k-$52.0K, Based on experience.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and improvement of multiple mobile home communities. This is a hands-on position that involves a wide range of responsibilities, including home setup, renovations, general maintenance, and groundskeeping. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Company vehicles are provided for travel between communities, job sites, and local hardware stores.
