The ideal Flat Roof Installer installs, repairs, and maintains commercial and residential flat roofing systems. This role involves working with materials such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems to ensure roofs are weatherproof, durable, and installed according to manufacturer and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces
- Operate roofing tools, heat welders, rollers, and equipment safely
- Apply insulation, membranes, adhesives, coatings, and waterproofing materials
- Follow company standards and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications
- Previous flat roofing or construction experience
- Knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems
- reliable transportation and timeliness is a must
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
