Prep/Line Cook in Lakewood, NY

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00

Immediate opening for prep/line cook - some previous kitchen experience preferred but if you are a dedicated and responsible candidate we are willing to train.
Duties include daily menu prep prior to service, line service including saute, fry, broiler and plating to standard.
Garde Manger (salads and appetizers) can be part of the job when needed.
Candidate must be willing to clean, help with dishwashing at times and close.
40 hours beginning June 15th - Labor Day.
