Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our client's team immediately. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance within a fast-paced cosmetic manufacturing environment. Experience with shipping software and regulated environments (GMP/FDA) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize shipping software (ShipStation preferred) to generate labels, track orders, and manage logistics
• Perform pick and pack order fulfillment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly prepared for shipment
• Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and inspect for accuracy and quality
• Maintain organized inventory and stock levels within the warehouse
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed

Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience with computer-based shipping software (ShipStation strongly preferred)
• Experience with pick and pack fulfillment processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated environment
• Familiarity with GMP standards and compliance procedures
• Inventory management experience
