Residential Painter in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $19-23/ hour

Are you experienced in renovation, or do you have a desire to learn? Look no further!

Our Seasonal Residential Painter / Turnover Specialist will play a key role in renovating vacant units between tenants, utilizing expert skills to assist in making our units move-in ready. Please note a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is REQUIRED.
We do reimburse for milage on a bi-weekly basis.
Seasonal Full time Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-6:30pm- with possibility of permanent placement

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Painting
• Cosmetic repairs, which will include drywall, plaster, etc.
• Commute to different job sites
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned
• Able to work with little supervision and as part of a team
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and effectively
• Some technical skills (phone, iPad, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Valid Driver's License ** MUST HAVE**
• Reliable Transportation ** MUST HAVE**
• Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above
• Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team
• 1 year of construction experience * Preferred but not required*
