Landscape Maintenance Team Lead in Springville, NY

Salary Range: $22-$30/hr

We're looking for a dependable Team Lead who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating and maintaining high-quality landscapes.
This is more than basic maintenance—you'll help care for and improve living landscapes that shape how our clients experience their properties.
We maintain residential and commercial properties throughout Western New York with a focus on professionalism, detail, and craftsmanship.


What You'll Do

-Lead a crew on landscape maintenance routes
-Ensure work meets quality standards
-Perform and teach proper pruning and plant care
-Monitor plant health and address issues early
-Work alongside your team in a hands-on role


What We're Looking For

-Landscape maintenance experience
-Working knowledge of plant care and pruning
-Reliability, accountability, and leadership potential
-Pride in your work and attention to detail
-Required: Valid driver's license
-Preferred: Equipment and truck/trailer experience
