Maintenance Technician – Full Time
Established real estate development and property management company seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential properties in Western New York.
Duties include routine maintenance, repairs, and assisting with improvement projects. Experience with general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong work ethic.

Pay range: $20-$30 per hour depending on experience.
