Salary Range: $17.75-$21.00/hr (depends on experience)

Maintenance Technician: Full-time, day shift. Supports the daily operations, safety, and upkeep of our community. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks including repairs, preventative maintenance, seasonal grounds duties, and response to alarms while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Some experience in painting, plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC preferred.

Hourly range: $18.00 – $21.00 (depends on experience)

We are a drug free, smoke free and tobacco free campus. Must be flexible and able to rotate some weekends and some holidays, for certain positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for all positions.
