Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Williamsville, NY

Salary Range: $30.65 - $38.84 per hour (based on experience)

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinic- $3,000 Retention Bonus!
The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services that support communication, feeding, and overall quality of life for the people we serve.
This role focuses on person-centered planning, clinical assessment, treatment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to help individuals achieve their meaningful goals!

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and clinical assessments, related to communication, feeding/swallowing, oral-motor skills.
- Develop person-centered, functional goals for IEPs/ITPs and provide direct treatment or supervised therapy activities.
- Complete required documentation including evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and letters of medical necessity.
- Train staff and caregivers in communication programs, adaptive equipment use and feeding protocols.

What We’re Looking For

- Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology program recognized by the Council on Academic Accreditation
- Current NYS licensure (or eligibility/limited permit for CFY candidates)
- ASHA certification preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, professionally, and in alignment with person-centered values.
