Building Maintenance Person II in Sanborn, NY

Salary Range: $25.88 per hour

SUNY Niagara is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Person II to join our dedicated Operations team.
This role involves independent, hands-on work performing a variety of mechanical, operational, and maintenance tasks across our campuses.
Duties include Perform mechanical, building operation, and maintenance tasks, utilize journeyman-level skills and trade knowledge to ensure safe, efficient building functionality.
Perform skilled carpentry work including installation, repair, and finishing of drywall, framing, doors, windows, and other structural components.
Assist with renovation and repair projects.
Rate of Pay: $25.88 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities.
