Technical Sales Support Specialist in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $20-$24 per hour based on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Service team at Buffalo Wire Works!

Responsibilities:
• Address customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered
• Assist with the NCR reporting process including corrective actions
• Attend daily production meetings
• Update Navision system with customer information, updates, and statuses.
• Manage and update Operations and ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• Work closely with sales to track orders and shipments
• Coordinate and track product from order entry to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Talk with customers by phone, in person, and email and receive orders/quotes for products, answer product questions, and assist customers in solving problems
• Assist in entering all orders and quotes into Navision (ERP)
• Follow-up on correspondence and inquiries from customers

Qualifications:
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• Strong verbal communications
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Skilled in basic quick math
• Time management skills
