Yard Manager in Arcade, NY

Salary Range: $61,000 - $67,000 / year

Hours M-F 7:30am-5pm and Sat 8am-12pm.
Full Time 49hrs/week 61K-67K/year
Pay based on experience and Work Ethic

Requirements:
Must have a Valid Drivers License
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to work with team members and customers in a respectful manner
Forklift experience, Knowledge of construction and construction materials

Job Duties:
Manage Yard Personnel and Drivers
Load and Unload trucks with a forklift
Load up Customers in the yard
Pull material for deliveries
Check Deliveries that come in and go out
Maintenance on Buildings, equipment, and shop during slow months
In charge of 4-5 drivers and yard personnel on a daily basis. Need to make sure they are doing what needs to be done and doing it safely and correctly. Need to make sure drivers have everything on the truck and is correct before they leave on deliveries.
