Accounts Receivable in Orchard Park, NY

Salary Range: $22-$25/hr, based on experience

Quaker Millwork & Lumber has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable individual. We are a full-service custom millwork company that has been supplying the Western New York area for over 30 years.
We pride ourselves on catering to the customer in every aspect of the construction project, and the quality of our work has earned us accolades throughout Western New York.
The right candidate for this opportunity will be able to work in a fast-paced work environment while paying attention to detail.

Essential responsibilities include:
• Daily invoicing of orders shipped and process customer returns/credits
• Monthly statements and invoices to customers
• Significant focus on large customer accounts with specialized billing requirements
• Apply all deposits/payments on accounts
• AR Collections as necessary

Skills/ Abilities:
• Ability to prioritize tasks as necessary/ good time management
• Work closely with other departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- excel, word, outlook
The position offers full-time hours, but the ability to work occasional overtime as needed is strongly preferred.
