Labor Foreman in Tonawanda, NY

Salary Range: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour

Montante Construction is looking for an experienced labor foreman to join its growing construction team! This individual will work in conjunction with the project manager and project superintendent to deliver construction projects safely, on schedule and within budget. The labor foreman will be responsible for executing efficient production activities in support of the project and project team.

This role will, at times, perform work and at other times supervise laborers and labor subcontractors.

Experience desired:
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in the WNY construction industry in a labor supervisory capacity for at least 2 years
- OSHA 30-Hour safety training or wiliness to obtain upon hire.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- The ability to lead or delegate or participate as a team member as situations dictate.
