Job Responsibilities
• Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring comfort from arrival through departure
• Complete thorough guest intakes to ensure services are customized and appropriate
• Deliver massage services tailored to each guest’s needs and preferences
• Educate guests on available massage modalities, enhancements, and spa offerings
• Assist guests with service preparation and post-treatment recommendations
• Uphold all service, cleanliness, and professionalism standards of Excuria Salon & Spa
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor that contributes to a high-quality work environment
• Support daily spa operations and assist team members as needed
• Promote guest retention through pre-booking, follow-up care, and relationship building
• Recommend retail products and home-care solutions to enhance treatment results
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and tools

Qualifications
• Active Massage Therapy License (required)
• Strong technical skills and confident, professional presentation
• Ability to build rapport and long-term guest and team relationships
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on treatments
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
