Salary Range: $19.90/hour plus generous benefits package.

- Performs front desk reception desk duties including building security, visitor screening and telephone response. Including providing backup to Building A and C main receptionist for lunch breaks and for PTO days.
- Assist in maintaining Education Campus Security Badges and door access with Facilities Director.
- Assist with Erie 1 BOCES Record Management Systems, including but not limited to scanning in documents, organizing records, assisting in disposing of records.
- Prepares word documents as required by director/designee.
- Contacts Buildings & Grounds personnel as needed.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Civil Service Qualifications:
There is no civil service examination required for this position for the duration of the NY HELPS Program. Candidates must meet the minimum civil service qualifications for a NY HELPS appointment as follows:
A) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma including or supplemented by a course in typing and one (1) year of office clerical experience.
