We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

LPN position details:
Our LPN shift schedule is as follows: days (7am - 3pm), evenings (3pm - 11pm), and nights (11pm - 7am).
We are hiring for the following job statuses: Full Time (5 days/week), Regular Part Time (3 days/week), Part Time (2 days/week), and Part Time Every Other Weekend (1 day/week). Please note that a recruitment and retention bonus of $2,500 is available for Regular Part Time positions.

LPN job duties include:
• Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including quarterly reviews, as they relate to care.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as per procedure.
• Assure accuracy of medication and treatment book.
• Collect data and report resident concerns for follow-through.
• Ensure that all care notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the resident’s response to the care.
• Ensure appropriateness and completeness of documentation by CNA staff.
• Conduct regular walking rounds of nursing unit.

Qualifications
LPN qualifications:
• Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
• Must be CPR and first aid certified.
• Must have verbal and written English skills.
