Production Manager in Buffalo, NY

Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000 based n Experience

Sherwood Electromotion Inc. (SEI) is a transnational corporation with modern industrial facilities in Canada and the USA. SEI provides repair services, maintenance, building and rebuilding of AC/DC motors, auxiliary generators and alternators, wind power generators, locomotive/traction motors used for mass transit railway systems, subway systems, street cars, hybrid busses, and wind turbines for clean energy.

Sherwood Electromotion is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across three shifts, managing a team of 40–50
employees.
This role is responsible for production planning, labor scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring performance targets for quality, safety, delivery, and cost are
consistently achieved.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with Engineering,
Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Strong hands-on leadership, and proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with 8–10 years of preferred experience in manufacturing leadership. Knowledge of
ISO 9001 standards is required.
Ability to travel to Canada during the initial training period.
