Teacher aides play an important role in the life of our schools and in the lives of the students they serve! They can be found performing a variety of tasks, PreK-12, such as providing 1:1 care and direction for students, helping teachers in classrooms, monitoring hallways and cafeterias, and more.

EACSPA Union Position

• Pay: Starts at $17.50/hour with raises each year
• Additional stipend if 1:1 with a student
• Single Health Insurance with District paying 90%
• Positions over 35 hours/week receive family health insurance
• $300 Wellness Benefit each year

• $850 in 105(h) for unreimbursed medical that can be used for things like copays and dental appointments among many more
