Maintenance Tech/Security in Orchard Park, NY

Salary Range: $17.75-$21.00/hr

Maintenance Tech/Security: Full-Time, all shifts available. Responsible for repairs to mechanical systems. Performs general repairs and maintenance duties in all buildings, including preventive maintenance. Maintains grounds, performing seasonal duties. Protects Fox Run property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Responds to resident emergencies. Performs various other functions as assigned. Make rounds on campus to ensure the safety of Community Members. Some experience in painting, plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC preferred.

Hourly range: $17.75-$21.00/hr (depends on experience)

We are a drug free, smoke free and tobacco free campus. Must be flexible and able to rotate some weekends and some holidays, for certain positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for all positions.
