Medical Assistant in Williamsville, NY

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour

As a premier specialty medical group, we are looking for experienced healthcare professionals with a commitment to quality patient care and a customer service mindset to join our team.

* Assists provider in all aspects of practice operation including scheduling patient procedures and office visits, preparing and thoroughly documenting charts, insurance referrals and prior authorizations, patient follow up and inquiry response
* Act as liaison between patient and provider

Requires:
- Associate's degree in Medical Assisting, and a minimum of 1 year experience in a multi- physician practice or a combination of these preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with electronic medical records systems, preferably Medent.
- Dependable, caring and cooperative attitude, detail oriented, able to follow instructions and solve problems.

$19.00 - $25.00/hour
